This September, I will begin studying in Scotland after being accepted into the world's first Master of Arts and Science program in Reparatory Justice at the University of Glasgow. On July 15th, I received my student visa, which means I am officially approved to spend the next 12 months studying how communities can repair historical harm through justice, collaboration, and sustainable care.

My commitment to this work has grown from a lifetime of witnessing and experiencing injustice. Personal experiences of abuse and prejudice have shaped my desire to support the dignity of all people and advocate for historically marginalized communities. This graduate program is an opportunity to deepen that commitment by learning from specialists and gaining the knowledge and insight to develop equitable systemic change.

After completing the program, I plan to apply what I learn throughout the United States by working alongside organizations and Native American communities to support land-back, cultural preservation, and regenerative initiatives. My lifelong goal is to help build a healthier, more just, and sustainable nation for generations to come.

Student loans will cover much of my education, but they will not cover all of the essential costs of attending this program. I am raising $27,000 to help cover the remaining tuition and student housing needed for my year in Scotland. Every contribution, regardless of size, helps make this opportunity possible. If you're unable to give financially, sharing this page with others or encouraging my journey is another meaningful way to support this work.

Throughout the year, I will share monthly updates, reflections, and photos from Scotland with everyone who donates, so you can follow along with what I am witnessing and learning. It will be an honor to share how your support is shaping my experience. If you'd like to learn more about my goals or simply let me know you're cheering me on, I would love to connect before I plan to depart on September 8th.

Thank you for rooting for me, and for supporting my effort to help build a healthier, more just, and more sustainable nation.
